Attorney Bennett S. Stuckey is an associate bankruptcy attorney who takes a compassionate approach to helping clients find debt relief. Born and raised in Arkansas, he serves clients throughout the state from Watton Law Group’s office in Little Rock.
Attorney Stuckey was first drawn to the practice of law by his desire to help people with his natural problem-solving skills. At Watton Law Group, he utilizes these skills and combines them with active listening and goal-oriented counsel to resolve clients’ cases in a timely manner. He takes great care to provide each client with the proper respect and attention they deserve, helping them feel comfortable in an environment free of judgment.

Attorney Stuckey grew up in Hot Springs, Arkansas, then moved to Russellville to earn his bachelor’s degree at Arkansas Tech University. After four years in the manufacturing industry, he attended the University of Arkansas, Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law.
Outside the office, Attorney Stuckey devotes a great deal of time to bettering his community. He mentors incoming and first-year law students and writes hypotheticals for national high school mock trial competitions. He also participates in an outreach program at the Pulaski County Juvenile Detention Center. When he isn’t helping his clients or his community, Attorney Stuckey enjoys cooking and trying new foods, amateur photography, and spending time outdoors.
