Royce LoBianco is a skilled bankruptcy attorney with Watton Law Group, practicing in Arkansas. He is passionate about showing our clients the positive sides of bankruptcy that can eliminate overwhelming debt when handled correctly.
Growing up in Maumelle and the Little Rock areas of Arkansas, Royce became interested in the law when he joined the mock trial team at Little Rock Catholic High. He found that he had a natural knack for it, and decided to continue his educational career toward a law degree. He attended Lyon College in Batesville, Arkansas, for his undergraduate degree (B.A. in Economics and Political Science), where he played golf for all four years. Royce then wasted no time and attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where he completed his J.D.
As a practicing attorney with Watton Law Group, Attorney LoBianco sees every client’s case as a unique situation, but he knows that each one will follow a bankruptcy-related formula. Using his background in economics, he can see that formula and find the best way to use it for his client’s benefit. He uses his research, organizational, and listening skills to approach every case with a positive and professional mind. Royce loves to remind his clients that “mistakes do not define a person,” meaning that everyone can bounce back and move on from heavy debt, especially when they use bankruptcy with his help.
In his spare time, Royce likes to play golf, go fishing, or work on his truck, which he first got in high school. He also loves a relaxing day with his wife and their three dogs. Attorney LoBianco participates in the Wills for Heroes event—hosted by the Arkansas Bar Association, Young Lawyers Section of the Arkansas Bar Association, and Simple Will—that provides estate planning services for firefighters, law enforcement officers, healthcare workers, and other pillars of the community.
