Mr. Watton is a leading national consumer bankruptcy attorney.  He has guided thousands of individuals through debt consolidation plans and bankruptcies.  He has also represented individuals and successfully sued payday lenders, mortgage servicers and other financial companies for improper practices.  Mr. Watton received his law degree from the Duke University School of Law in 1990 and his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Florida in 1987.  Mr. Watton is admitted to practice in the state courts of Wisconsin, Missouri, Colorado, Utah, Florida, Ohio, New York, Virginia, Arkansas, Kansas, and Arizona.  Mr. Watton is also admitted to practice in the federal courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, District of Kansas, the Southern District Illinois, District of Colorado, District of Utah, District of Arizona, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, as well as the United States 7th and 8th Circuit Courts of Appeals.  Mr. Watton is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell for the highest level of professional excellence and is recognized for the highest level of skill and integrity.

Mr. Maloney currently heads the firm’s bankruptcy department. In addition to bankruptcy, Mr. Maloney has successfully pursued payday lenders, debt collectors and banks in State, Federal, and Bankruptcy Courts for violations of consumer laws. Mr. Maloney received his law degree from Marquette University in 2004 and his undergraduate degree in History and Political Science from Marquette University in 2001. Mr. Maloney is admitted to practice in the state courts of Wisconsin, Missouri, and Utah, as well as in the federal courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, the Southern District of Illinois, District of Utah, District of Colorado, and District of Kansas.

Mr. Breeze is an associate attorney and has vast experience in consumer bankruptcy and related litigation. He has served as an expert witness on the duties of care required by bankruptcy counsel. He also has experience in all facets of civil litigation. Mr. Breeze received his law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2007 and his undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems and Management from Park University in 2002 while on active duty in the United States Air Force. Mr. Breeze is admitted to practice in the state courts of Missouri, Illinois (provisionally), and Arizona (inactive), as well as the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois.
