Paul K. Schwartz, Esq.

Paul Schwartz is an attorney Of Counsel to the Watton Law Group. He handles bankruptcy and debt relief cases out of our law office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a trial attorney with more than 40 years of practice experience, he brings an in depth level of understanding and compassion to each case.

To begin a case, Attorney Paul K. Schwartz likes to listen to his client and get a full picture of their financial difficulties and goals. He shares the Watton Law Group beliefs that everyone deserves a path out of heavy debt and that bankruptcy can ultimately be a positive experience when handled correctly. Using his talents and motivation to help individuals in need, he can create a reliable debt relief or bankruptcy plan for virtually anyone who comes to our law office for help.

In the past, Attorney Schwartz has also represented creditors in legal cases. This role provides him with incredible insight into how creditors approach bankruptcy cases filed by people in debt, which he now applies to the bankruptcy cases he handles today on behalf of our clients.

Paul earned his B.S. in Accounting at Indiana University in 1981. Attorney Schwartz obtained his J.D. at Marquette University in 1984. He is currently admitted to practice in Wisconsin and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.

When he is not working on a case, Paul has given presentations for State Bar of Wisconsin and other groups on topics including bankruptcy and creditor and debtor law. He likes to travel and see new sights with his family. Of course, as a lifelong resident of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee area, he also enjoys a fun day watching the Green Bay Packers and motorsports.
