Carson C. Robb is a dedicated attorney driven by a deep commitment to serving others and leveraging his legal expertise to support those in need within their communities. From a young age, as he observed societal challenges, he recognized the unique role attorneys play in advocating for the vulnerable, which inspired him to pursue a career in law.

A defining early moment in his practice came shortly after law school, when he represented an elderly veteran on a fixed income. Her utility company had issued improper notices for years and sought to collect thousands of dollars while threatening to disconnect her power. This case highlighted the profound trust clients place in their attorneys, especially when facing more sophisticated opponents. It taught Carson the importance of clearly communicating complex legal concepts to clients with limited legal knowledge, responding promptly to their needs, and fearlessly advocating against intimidating adversaries.

In his approach to client representation, Carson always prioritizes the client first. Originally from Kaysville, Utah, Carson attended Brigham Young University (BYU) for his undergraduate studies. After graduating, he worked as a Judicial Assistant in Utah’s Fourth District Court before pursuing his legal education at The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., where he earned his Juris Doctor.

The most important person in Carson’s life is his wife, whom he met during law school in D.C.; he cherishes spending as much time as possible with her each day. In his free time, he is an avid reader of biographies and enjoys performing genealogical research. Carson remains deeply involved in his community through active participation in his church, where he has held various teaching and leadership positions.
