Jeremy A. Farishon, Esq.

Jeremy A. Farishon is an attorney with Watton Law Group whose practice is grounded in genuine connection and a steadfast commitment to helping people navigate serious legal challenges. He approaches every matter by treating clients as individuals facing real problems that need real solutions, not just case files. As a self-described people person, Jeremy believes that building and maintaining strong relationships is one of the most important, and often overlooked, aspects of the practice of law. He prioritizes active listening so he can fully understand what clients are experiencing and how best to help them move forward.

His career has been shaped by several defining experiences: handling his first jury trial and securing his first jury trial victory; serving three years as the public defender representative for drug court clients; and launching his own solo practice less than a year before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. These milestones reinforced his empathy, resilience, and focus on practical results. Jeremy’s greatest professional satisfaction comes from achieving resolutions that truly work for the people he represents. He routinely puts himself in his clients’ shoes to understand the pressures they face and is driven by a deep desire to help others.

A lifelong Saint Louisan, Jeremy was born and raised in Florissant in North St. Louis County. He attended Christian Brothers College High School (then located in Clayton) and earned his undergraduate degree from Truman State University in Kirksville. He began his legal education in the part-time evening program at Saint Louis University School of Law while working full time at a law firm in Clayton. After a year and a half, he transitioned to full-time study and accelerated his coursework, taking heavy course loads each summer and overloading his final three semesters, to graduate in the standard three-year timeframe rather than the five years a part-time path would have required.

Outside the office, Jeremy spends his time with his wife, Kelly, and their dog, Zada, whom they adopted from the Animal Protective Association. He comes from a sports-oriented family and enjoys playing, watching, and talking about virtually any sport. He has been an avid runner, averaging roughly 50 miles per week and completing two St. Louis Marathons.

Jeremy is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and The Missouri Bar. He volunteers with Missouri Free Legal Answers, providing guidance to people who post legal questions online. He has also volunteered with the Animal Protective Association and the Center for Animal Rescue and Enrichment, organizations dedicated to matching people with pets and caring for abandoned, abused, or neglected animals.
